Overview

台北市立美術館自2016年推出「北美館導覽APP」，以資訊提供、收藏與導覽作為應用程式的三大核心功能，期望使用者在觀賞展覽的同時，可以更從容地取得所需的資訊，聆聽線上的藝術導覽。

實際使用APP後發現，雖然APP畫面優美，但頁面之間的指引並不明顯，動線規劃也不夠清楚，以至於使用者需要反覆滑動、查找，在一邊欣賞作品的同時還需要額外花時間熟悉介面操作，使觀展體驗大打折扣。

因此藉由部分頁面的再設計，針對視覺引導、資訊呈現，優化操作流程與介面，期望能增進使用體驗。

Taipei Fine Art Museum (TFAM) launched its tour app in 2016, with the core functions of providing news, collecting information, and touring fine arts. The APP is designed to give audio tours while the users appreciate the arts. Unfortunately, after using the app, I find the movement between primary destinations and the indications are not clear enough. The user has to swipe left and right to reach the menu and other information. It is inconvenient and distracting for users to operate the app while admiring the arts.

Thus, I did some research and redesign some interfaces of the app. Making it more distinct to operate, and enriching its information to improve the user experience.
